All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days for U.S. orders. These are estimates, not guarantees — you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on the way.

Yes. International delivery typically takes longer than domestic — on average about 10 business days after processing, and up to 15 business days for some destinations.

Since every item is made to order, all sales are final — we don't offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind, so please check sizing before ordering. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us with photos and we'll work with you on a replacement.
